Pavilion Payments names new CEO and promotes chief revenue officer

Pavilion Payments, a gaming industry payments and technology company, has named Mary Beth Higgins as its Chief Executive Officer and promoted Alyssa Beaver to Chief Revenue Officer, according to a company statement. Both appointments are effective immediately.

Higgins previously served as the company's Interim Chief Financial Officer. She brings more than 30 years of executive experience in the gaming industry, including prior CEO and CFO roles at casino operators and gaming technology providers. Before joining Pavilion Payments, she served as CEO of Affinity Interactive and its sister company, Gaming and Hospitality Acquisition Corp. (NASDAQ: GHACU). Earlier in her career, she served as CFO of Caesars Entertainment Operating Company, overseeing financial operations across 38 casino properties in 14 U.S. states and five countries. She also played a role in the formation of VICI Properties. Higgins currently serves as Lead Director on the Board of Trustees of Chatham Lodging Trust (NYSE: CLDT).

Zach Sadek, Senior Partner at Parthenon Capital, said Higgins has "demonstrated the strategic judgment, operational discipline and leadership needed to guide the company forward."

Beaver joined Pavilion Payments in May 2025 as Senior Vice President of Sales. In her new role, she will oversee the company's revenue strategy, customer relationships, and sales organization. Before joining Pavilion Payments, she led Sales and Marketing at Passport Technology and held enterprise sales roles at Apriva and Paycom.
