Fields, 56, has served as President and CEO of ATI since 2024 and was appointed Board Chair in May 2026. She joined ATI in 2019 as Executive Vice President of the Flat Rolled Products Group and held leadership roles across both of ATI's operating segments before becoming Chief Operating Officer in 2022 and President in 2023.
Before joining ATI, Fields served as Group President of Industrial and Energy at IDEX Corporation. Earlier in her career, she held leadership positions at EVRAZ North America, GE Energy, Alcoa, The Boston Consulting Group and Owens Corning, with responsibilities across operations, manufacturing, strategy and commercial leadership.
Sam Mehta, President and CEO of L3Harris, cited her background in manufacturing and operations as relevant to the company's priorities. "Her proven leadership and expertise in complex manufacturing will be instrumental as L3Harris accelerates production, expands capacity and strengthens execution across the enterprise," Mehta said.
