Nacco Industries adds Patrick J. Burns to its board of directors

Nacco Industries (NYSE: NC) announced the appointment of Patrick J. Burns as an independent director, effective Aug. 19, 2026.

Burns has more than 30 years of executive experience across manufacturing and industrial businesses, including roles as chief executive officer, chief financial officer, and board member. He most recently served as CEO of Precision Fabrics Group, Inc., a manufacturer of engineered materials and technical fabrics, from 2022 to July 2026. Before that, he was President and CEO of AGY Holdings Corp., a manufacturer of high-performance glass fiber materials, a position he held after joining the company in 2014.

Earlier in his career, Burns held leadership roles in finance, business development, investor relations, and sales and marketing at Lear Corporation, Masland Corporation, International Business Machines Corporation, and Wachovia Corporation.

"Pat brings a unique combination of executive leadership, financial expertise and board experience developed over a distinguished career spanning multiple industrial and manufacturing businesses," said General John P. Jumper, Chairman of the Board of Nacco Industries.

Burns holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Vanderbilt University and an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
