IC Group names William Ollerhead to board as Jack Shoenmakers retires

IC Group Holdings Inc. (TSXV: ICGH) announced changes to its board of directors, with Jack Shoenmakers retiring and William Ollerhead appointed as a replacement, according to a company statement.



Shoenmakers, who served on the board since the company went public, resigned effective August 27, 2026. Ollerhead was appointed effective September 2, 2026, and will serve until the company's next annual general meeting of shareholders.



Ollerhead will also chair the Audit Committee and serve as a member of the Compensation Committee.



Ollerhead brings more than 35 years of experience in corporate finance and capital markets. He is the chief executive officer of Cuspis Capital Partners Ltd. and has served since 1997 as managing director of Ollerhead Capital. He currently serves on the board of Thermal Energy International Inc. (TSXV), where he chairs the Audit Committee.



Ollerhead was a co-founder, CEO, and director of Cuspis Capital II Ltd., the TSX Venture Exchange-listed capital pool company that completed a reverse takeover with IC Group Holdings Inc.
