Faraday Future Intelligent Electric Inc. (NASDAQ: FFAI) received notice from Nasdaq on August 7 that it has regained compliance with the minimum bid price requirement under Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2), according to a company press release. The related compliance matter has been formally closed.
The California-based company said it will hold its second-quarter earnings call at 4:00 p.m. Pacific Time on August 13, during which management plans to discuss Q2 business, operating performance, and financial results.
Faraday Future also announced the launch of Version 1.0 of its Universal Beyond-Line-of-Sight Teleoperation and Multi-Robot Control Platform, which the company says is ready for deployment. The platform is designed to allow operators to remotely control robots in environments such as factories and to coordinate multiple robots across different form factors. The company also disclosed upgrades to its security and inspection solutions, including autonomous navigation, abnormal event classification, and support for LeRobot 3.0 on its RoboFoundry cloud platform.
The company said it launched a Capital Value Restoration Sub-Campaign that includes, subject to applicable laws and contractual obligations, establishing a $5.00-per-share conversion price floor for existing convertible notes, with implementation described as legally completed for the majority of them.
Two partner recruitment conferences are planned: one on August 26 focused on downstream partners and a second on September 28 focused on upstream partners, both tied to the company's "Built in USA" program.
