AIxCrypto Holdings signs $50,000/month consulting deal with CEO-linked firm
AIxCrypto Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: AIXC) entered into a one-year consulting agreement with Aibot US Operation Inc, effective July 16, 2026, according to a press release statement from the company.
Under the agreement, Aibot will provide a four-person consulting team to support AIxCrypto's business operations across finance, capital markets, and human resources and legal coordination. The team is generally required to work onsite five days per week, with one finance team member operating on a hybrid schedule, which carries a 20% fee discount for that arrangement.
AIxCrypto will pay Aibot a monthly consulting fee of $50,000, billed in semi-monthly installments, with payment due within 15 business days of each invoice. Out-of-pocket expense reimbursements are capped at $500 per month unless the company provides prior written approval for additional costs. The agreement runs through July 15, 2027, with options for mutual extension or early termination.
The deal constitutes a related party transaction. Aibot US Operation Inc is minority-owned by Jerry Wang, who serves as AIxCrypto's Chief Executive Officer and sits on both the company's Board of Directors and Aibot's board of directors. The agreement was reviewed and approved by the disinterested members of AIxCrypto's Board of Directors and its Audit Committee, who determined the terms are fair and no less favorable than those available from an unaffiliated third party.
Either party may terminate the agreement with 15 days' written notice. In the event of a material breach, the non-breaching party may terminate with 24 hours' notice. AIxCrypto may terminate immediately if Aibot breaches confidentiality or non-solicitation provisions.
