Azio AI signs $2.4M AT&T fiber deal for Texas data campus
Azio AI Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: AZIO) has executed a Master Services Agreement with AT&T for enterprise fiber connectivity supporting its planned 500-megawatt AI data center campus in Texas, according to a company statement.
Under the agreement, Azio AI has committed approximately $2.4 million for high-capacity fiber services. The deal is intended to provide the network infrastructure for AI training, inference, GPU cloud computing, and high-performance computing workloads at the Texas site.
The MSA establishes a standardized connectivity framework that the company said is designed to accommodate future infrastructure expansion. Azio AI noted it has an existing Power Purchase and Hosting agreement with one of its GPU customers at the property, which it said will require a modular buildout.
Sir Elgin Tracy, Chief Operating Officer of Azio AI, said in the statement: "Reliable enterprise connectivity is foundational to AI infrastructure. This agreement establishes the networking framework supporting our initial 500-megawatt Texas AI platform while creating a scalable operating model that can support future expansion as additional projects move forward under our hyperscale AI strategy."
The Texas campus is described as being located in an area intended for large-scale industrial infrastructure. Azio AI said its data center strategy is backed by liquefied natural gas energy capacity.
