Cardlytics names Chris Cheng as chief legal officer

Cardlytics Inc. (NASDAQ: CDLX) has appointed Chris Cheng as Chief Legal Officer, effective August 3, 2026. Cheng will join the company's leadership team and oversee its legal and compliance organization, according to a press release from the Atlanta-based company.
Cheng brings more than 20 years of legal experience at technology companies, including senior roles at Zoom, Uber, Upwork, and eBay. He most recently served as Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary at Iterable.
"Bringing Chris onto our leadership team is a reflection of the momentum Cardlytics is building," said Amit Gupta, Chief Executive Officer of Cardlytics. "His background spanning some of the most dynamic companies in technology, combined with his sound business judgment and collaborative approach, make him the right partner as we execute our next chapter."
Cheng replaces Nick Lynton, who departed as Chief Legal Officer in July 2026.
