After-Hours Stock Movers:

Ford Motor (NYSE: F)

Ford stock jumped 7% after beating Q2 earnings expectations, reporting an adjusted EPS of $0.42 versus the $0.35 analyst consensus. Revenue reached $48.3 billion, topping projections of $47.51 billion despite a 4% year-over-year top-line dip. Adjusted EBIT climbed to $2.5 billion (up $0.4 billion year-over-year), showing improved profitability and operational efficiency despite broader auto industry headwinds.

Bloom Energy Corp. (NYSE: BE)

Bloom Energy spiked 13.5% after posting massive Q2 results, crushing EPS estimates with $0.78 (versus $0.40 expected) on revenue of $1.06 billion (topping the $815.6 million estimate). The clean energy solutions provider raised its full-year 2026 revenue guidance to $3.9–$4.2 billion and EPS to $2.55–$2.85, far above consensus expectations as demand for off-grid AI data center power fuels continuous growth.

Seagate Technology (NASDAQ: STX) & Western Digital (NASDAQ: WDC)

Seagate surged 9% after delivering a massive fiscal Q4 beat with an adjusted EPS of $5.71 on $3.63 billion in revenue. Management issued blowout Q1 fiscal 2027 guidance, projecting EPS of $7.30 (±$0.20) on $4.1 billion in revenue, obliterating Wall Street targets. Storage peer Western Digital gained 5% in sympathy as cloud data center demand continues to drive exabyte-scale growth.

KLA Corporation (NASDAQ: KLAC)

KLA Corporation dropped 7% despite delivering a modest Q4 beat with an EPS of $1.05 on $3.66 billion in revenue. Investors reacted negatively to inline Q1 guidance of $1.06–$1.26 EPS on $3.8–$4.2 billion in revenue. While wafer fabrication equipment demand remains steady, lofty valuations set a high bar for guidance surprises.

Skyworks Solutions (NASDAQ: SWKS) & NXP Semiconductors (NASDAQ: NXPI)

Skyworks dropped 5% after issuing soft Q4 EPS guidance of $1.27, trailing the $1.29 analyst consensus despite a minor Q3 beat ($1.08 EPS on $935 million in revenue). Similarly, NXP Semiconductors fell 6.6% as soft automotive and industrial end-market outlooks weighed down sentiment, overshadowing its solid Q2 beat ($3.61 EPS on $3.5 billion in revenue).

CoStar Group (NASDAQ: CSGP)

CoStar Group fell 11% following a weak forward outlook. While Q2 EPS of $0.32 beat expectations, revenue of $925 million fell short of consensus. Management further disappointed the market by issuing soft Q3 revenue guidance of $935–$945 million (versus $967.5 million expected) and cutting full-year sales targets due to slower residential real estate monetization.

Enphase Energy (NASDAQ: ENPH)

Enphase Energy dipped 2% after reporting Q2 EPS of $0.46, missing analyst expectations by $0.01. Revenue came in slightly ahead of targets at $291.6 million, but soft Q3 revenue guidance of $290–$320 million (midpoint below the $305 million consensus) reflects lingering high-interest rate headwinds across the residential solar market.
