SuperCom wins electronic monitoring contract in Kansas

SuperCom (NASDAQ: SPCB) announced it has secured a county-level electronic monitoring contract in Kansas, marking the company's entry into its 19th new U.S. state since mid-2024, according to a press release dated July 20, 2026.

The contract displaces an incumbent intermediary service provider, with the county agency transitioning directly to SuperCom as a technology provider. The award followed a multi-week live-unit demonstration of SuperCom's PureOne technology. Training and deployment are expected to begin by the end of July 2026.

The contract follows a recurring revenue model based on daily active units. SuperCom states it has secured more than 40 new U.S. contracts under this model since mid-2024.

Ordan Trabelsi, President and CEO of SuperCom, attributed the win to the company's technology, customer support, and ancillary services. "Whether agencies work with us directly or through our service-provider partners, this integrated approach is increasingly central to why SuperCom is selected," Trabelsi said.

Trabelsi also cited a trailing twelve-month non-GAAP EBITDA of $10.3 million, stating the company maintains the financial foundation to support continued expansion across the U.S. and Europe.
