Arrive AI names new CRO, promotes engineer to CTO

Arrive AI (NASDAQ: ARAI), an autonomous delivery infrastructure company based in Indianapolis, announced two executive leadership changes effective September 21, 2026.

Bill Karwoski has been named Chief Revenue Officer, bringing more than 30 years of sales leadership and business development experience to the role. He will lead Arrive AI's revenue organization as the company expands its Arrive Point deployments across healthcare, retail, and enterprise logistics.

Michael Trovato has been promoted to Chief Technology Officer. Trovato holds a mechanical engineering degree from North Carolina State University and has nearly two decades of experience in robotics, automation, embedded systems, and product development. Before joining Arrive AI, he founded Valence Tek, an engineering and product development firm whose clients included Walmart, McKesson, Abbott Laboratories, and the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. In his new role, Trovato will oversee technology and engineering strategy across hardware, robotics, electrical systems, and embedded firmware.
