Faraday Future Intelligent Electric Inc. (Nasdaq: FFAI) announced a partnership with the Argentine Football Association, under which the company will serve as an official regional sponsor of the Argentina National Team in North America in the field of robotics and related technology.
Under the agreement, Faraday Future will be permitted to associate its brand with the Argentina National Team across advertising campaigns, social media activities, and points of sale in North America. The arrangement also includes access to selected marketing and communications assets controlled by the Argentine Football Association, subject to applicable approvals.
The sponsorship covers Faraday Future's Embodied AI robotics ecosystem, which the company describes as encompassing humanoid and bionic robots as well as automotive-focused robots, supported by a platform of devices, data, and an AI processing system the company calls the EAI Brain.
"The Argentina National Team represents extraordinary talent, teamwork, resilience, and the relentless pursuit of excellence," said YT Jia, founder and global CEO of Faraday Future. "These qualities strongly resonate with FF's vision for Physical AI."
Faraday Future said it expects to announce additional details regarding approved marketing activities and potential sponsorship activations in the future. The company's forward-looking disclosures note several risk factors, including its ability to continue as a going concern, outstanding obligations it currently lacks the funds to pay, and a potential Nasdaq delisting if its stock closes at $0.10 or below for 10 consecutive trading days.
