Pomdoctor Limited (NASDAQ: POM), a China-based digital healthcare company, announced it received a compliance letter from The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC on July 10, 2026, confirming the company has regained compliance with the minimum bid price requirement under Nasdaq Listing Rule 5450(a)(1).
The company had received a deficiency notice from Nasdaq on January 29, 2026, after the closing bid price of its American Depositary Shares fell below $1.00 per share for 30 consecutive business days.
Nasdaq determined that the closing bid price of Pomdoctor's American Depositary Shares remained at or above $1.00 per share for 10 consecutive business days, from June 25, 2026 to July 9, 2026, satisfying the listing requirement. The matter has been closed, and the company's shares will continue trading on Nasdaq under the ticker symbol "POM."
