September 24, 2026 4:30 PM EDT

Ibotta, Inc. (NYSE: IBTA) has appointed Tony Weisman to its Board of Directors, the company announced. Weisman's appointment coincides with the departure of Thomas Lehrman, who stepped down from the board effective September 22, 2026.

Weisman has more than 30 years of marketing and digital experience. He previously served as Chief Marketing Officer of Dunkin' U.S., where he led the rebranding of Dunkin' Donuts to Dunkin' and restructured the brand's digital marketing and loyalty strategy. He also served as Chief Executive Officer of Digitas North America. He currently sits on the boards of Klaviyo (NYSE: KVYO) and MNTN (NYSE: MNTN).

Bryan Leach, founder and CEO of Ibotta, cited Weisman's background in CPG marketing, technology leadership, and public-company board experience in a statement included in the announcement. Weisman referenced the current consumer environment in his own statement: "Value has never been more important to consumers, making this a pivotal moment for brands and retailers."

Ibotta, headquartered in Denver, operates a digital promotions network that it says reaches over 200 million consumers. The company reports that American shoppers have earned over $2.9 billion through its platform since 2012.
