Einride names R. Lynn Atchison to its board after Nasdaq listing
Einride AB (NASDAQ: ENRD), a Stockholm-based autonomous and electric freight technology company, announced the planned appointment of R. Lynn Atchison to its board of directors, subject to shareholder and regulatory approvals. The announcement follows Einride's recent listing on the Nasdaq exchange.
Atchison currently serves on the boards of Bumble, Inc. (NASDAQ: BMBL) and Q2 Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: QTWO), chairing the audit committee at Bumble and the risk committee at Q2 Holdings. She also serves on the board of ZenBusiness, a private company based in Austin, Texas.
She previously served as chief financial officer of HomeAway, the online vacation rental marketplace later acquired by Expedia, and Hoover's, Inc., the online business information company acquired by Dun & Bradstreet. She also held the CFO role at Spredfast, a SaaS business sold to Vista Equity Partners.
"Having led companies through IPOs and transformational business model shifts, I understand what it takes to build trust with public market investors while continuing to execute," Atchison said in a statement.
Atchison holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from Stephen F. Austin State University and is a retired CPA. She is also NACD Directorship Certified by the National Association of Corporate Directors.
Einride CEO Roozbeh Charli said the company is entering a period focused on scaling its fleet, deepening customer relationships, and operating as a public company.
