IP Strategy regains NASDAQ compliance with listing standards

IP Strategy Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: IPST) received notification from NASDAQ that it has regained compliance with continued listing standards, including the minimum bid price requirement under NASDAQ Listing Rule 5550(a)(2). The NASDAQ Hearing Panel made the determination in a letter dated May 11.
The company will be subject to a Mandatory Panel Monitor for one year from the date of the panel's determination under NASDAQ Rule 5815(d)(4)(B).
IP Strategy describes itself as the first NASDAQ-listed company to hold $IP tokens as a primary reserve asset and operate a validator for the Story Blockchain. The company provides exposure to what it calls the programmable intellectual property economy through a regulated equity format.
The company's treasury holds $IP tokens that provide participation in the Story ecosystem, which enables on-chain registration, licensing, and monetization of intellectual property, according to the company's statement.
