Otter Tail Corp (OTTR) Tops Q4 EPS by 16c; Guides Higher, Raises Dividend

Otter Tail Corp (NASDAQ: OTTR) reported Q4 EPS of $1.23, $0.16 better than the analyst estimate of $1.07. Revenue for the quarter came in at $333.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $322.24 million.

The corporation’s board of directors increased the quarterly common stock dividend to $0.4125 per share, an indicated annual dividend rate of $1.65 per share and a 5.8% increase from $1.56 per share in 2021.

GUIDANCE:

Otter Tail Corp sees FY2022 EPS of $3.78-$4.08, versus the consensus of $3.22.
