Cumberland Pharmaceuticals Inc. (NASDAQ: CPIX) 37% HIGHER; announces a new publication in Drugs - Real World Outcomes1, detailing the positive clinical outcomes with Vibativ® in treating patients with bacteremia or endocarditis. Vibativ® (telavancin) is a potent, FDA-approved anti-infective for the treatment of serious bacterial infections, including hospital-acquired and ventilator-associated bacterial pneumonia. It is also approved for complicated skin and skin structure infections. It addresses a range of Gram-positive bacterial pathogens, including those that are considered difficult-to-treat and multidrug-resistant.

Hertz Global Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: HTZ) 20.9% HIGHER; announced over the weekend it and certain of its U.S. and Canadian subsidiaries have filed voluntary petitions for reorganization under Chapter 11 in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

StoneCo Ltd. (Nasdaq: STNE) 20.4% HIGHER; reports its financial results for its first quarter ended March 31, 2020.

Ooma, Inc. (NYSE: OOMA) 9.5% HIGHER; Total Q1 revenue was $40.3 million, up 19% year-over-year. Subscription and services revenue increased to $37.6 million and was 93% of total revenue, driven by 22% year-over-year growth in combined Ooma Business and Ooma Residential services. Net Income/Loss: GAAP net loss was $1.1 million, or $0.05 per basic and diluted share, compared to GAAP net loss of $4.7 million, or $0.23 per basic and diluted share, in the first quarter fiscal 2020. Non-GAAP net income was $2.4 million, or $0.11 per diluted share, compared to a non-GAAP net loss of $0.8 million, or $0.04 per basic and diluted share in the prior year period.

Atara Biotherapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ: ATRA) 8.7% HIGHER; announced that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of shares of its common stock and, to certain investors, pre-funded warrants to purchase shares of its common stock.

ViaSat (NASDAQ: VSAT) 7.8% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.32, $0.33 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.01). Revenue for the quarter came in at $591.7 million versus the consensus estimate of $591.77 million.

Tractor Supply Company (NASDAQ: TSCO) 7.2% HIGHER; provided its financial outlook for the second quarter of 2020, along with the announcement of strategic investments in its Team Members and consumer-shopping experience.

Keysight Technologies (NYSE: KEYS) 7% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.78, versus $1.22 reported last year. Revenue for the quarter came in at $895 billion, versus $1.09 billion reported last year.

Heico Corp. (NYSE: HEI) 6.4% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.55, $0.11 better than the analyst estimate of $0.44. Revenue for the quarter came in at $468.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $462.86 million.

Innovative Industrial Properties, Inc. (NYSE: IIPR) 3.6% LOWER; announced today that it has commenced a public offering of 1,000,000 shares of its common stock. The Company expects to grant the underwriter a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 150,000 shares of its common stock. All of the shares are being sold by the Company.

Fiverr International Ltd. (NYSE: FVRR) 3.3% LOWER; commencement of an underwritten public offering of $100,000,000 of ordinary shares pursuant to a registration statement on Form F-1 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Fiverr also intends to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 15% of the ordinary shares sold in the offering at the public offering price, less underwriting commissions.

Flexion Therapeutics (NASDAQ: FLXN) 3.2% HIGHER; Guggenheim initiates coverage with a Buy rating and a price target of $20.00.
