Farmland Partners (FPI) Tops Q2 FFO by 2c, Loweres FY FFO Guidance

Farmland Partners (NYSE: FPI) reported Q2 FFO of ($0.01), $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.03). Revenue for the quarter came in at $11.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $12.23 million.

GUIDANCE:

Farmland Partners sees FY 2018 EPS of $0.30-$0.34, prior was for $0.40-$0.44.
