Amgen (AMGN) Tops Q2 EPS by 29c

Amgen (NASDAQ: AMGN) reported Q2 EPS of $3.83, $0.29 better than the analyst estimate of $3.54. Revenue for the quarter came in at $6.06 billion versus the consensus estimate of $5.73 billion.

GUIDANCE:

Amgen sees FY2018 EPS of $13.30-$14.00, versus the consensus of $13.75. Amgen sees FY2018 revenue of $22.5-23.2 billion, versus the consensus of $22.59 billion.

Sees CapEx at $750 million
