FireEye (FEYE) Tops Q4 EPS by 13c, Q1 Guidance Comes in Light; CFO to Depart
FireEye (NASDAQ: FEYE) reported Q4 EPS of ($0.03), $0.13 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.16). Revenue for the quarter came in at $144.7 million versus the consensus estimate of $190.99 million.
GUIDANCE:
FireEye sees Q1 2017 EPS of ($0.26)-($0.28), versus the consensus of ($0.24). FireEye sees Q1 2017 revenue of $160-166 million, versus the consensus of $176.9 million.
Management Appointments and Executive Transitions FireEye also announced several management appointments and executive transitions. Mike Berry, FireEye chief financial officer since 2015, is leaving FireEye to pursue another opportunity, and Frank Verdecanna, FireEye senior vice president of finance and chief accounting officer, has been appointed executive vice president and chief financial officer.
