WebMD Health (WBMD) Tops Q4 EPS by 3c, Offers Q1 Guidance

WebMD Health (NASDAQ: WBMD) reported Q4 EPS of $0.60, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of $0.57. Revenue for the quarter came in at $192.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $189.93 million.

GUIDANCE:

WebMD Health sees Q1 2016 revenue of $154.5-157.5 million vs consensus of $154.60 million.

• Adjusted EBITDA to be approximately $43.5 million to $45.5 million, an increase of approximately 12% to 17% from the prior year period.
• Net income to be approximately $13.2 million to $14.7 million.
