Radware Ltd. (RDWR) Prelim. Q3 Revenue, EPS Results Miss Views

Radware Ltd. (NASDAQ: RDWR) announced preliminary results for the third quarter of 2015. Revenues for the quarter are expected to be $48 million, below the company’s guidance of $57 million to $59 million. Non-GAAP EPS is expected to be $0.10 per diluted share, compared to guidance of $0.23 to $0.24 per diluted share.

*** The Street was looking for revenue of $58 million and EPS of $0.24.
