BANGKOK (Reuters) - Thailand's exports returned to growth in April, and at a much faster pace than analysts' expectations, and the commerce ministry said on Thursday shipments were expected to eke out a small gain in the second quarter.

AMSTERDAM (Reuters) - The International Court of Justice will rule on Friday May 24 on South Africa's request to order a halt to Israel's Rafah offensive in Gaza, it said on Thursday.
In hearings last week South Africa had asked the ICJ, also known as the World Court, to order a halt to Israel's offensive in Gaza, and in Rafah in particular, to ensure the survival of the Palestinian people.

(Reuters) - Donald Trump has posted on social media that he will use his relationship with Russian President Vladimir Putin to get Wall Street reporter Evan Gershkovich freed from a Russian prison.
