Bill Gates 13F on his The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation Trust for the quarter ended June 30, 2008 is out. Gates disclosed new positions in Crocs, Dick's and Bank of Florida, and raised his stakes in McDonald's, AIG, Comcast and Canadian National Railway. Notably, Gates sold some Archer Daniels Midland and the B class shares of Berkshire Hathaway.
