express guarantee overpriced scam On Oct 29, 2009, I used your "GLOBAL EXPRESS GUARANTEED" delivery service to expedite the delivery of a debit card to my 80 Year old mother who is visiting in South America. I sent the card with the help of a U.S. Postal Clerk via a USPS/FedEx express delivery envelope from Minneapolis to Guayaquil, Ecuador, on USPS tracking Number 8285978890. I was assured that my mother would receive her card No Later Than Tuesday Nov 3, 2009. After Nov 3, 2009, I made several additional international phone calls in trying to ascertain why the card hadn't arrived. In the end, we remained clueless. On Saturday, Nov 7, 2009, my 80 year old mother finally received her card. The USPS charged me a TOTAL of $60.95 (Sixty Dollars and Ninety Five cents) for this service. Since the USPS and in this case FedEx, are apparently absolved from this miss service, and neither, nor both can not be held accountable for the manner they provided this service, it leaves me wondering, Have you both lost your long respectful ways of doing business and is this what consumers can hereon expect from you both. I do indeed feel Ripped OFF. You FAILED and did not have the decency to provide at minimum some type of explanation! Sincerely Emilio Munoz 612 865 4957 marestella@msn.com

FedEx "Missclassified Drivers" FedEx purchased RPS Inc. in 1998 and renamed it FedEx Ground. Ever since the California litigation with Estrada vs FedEx Ground Package Systems Inc the Pandora's Box of the Independent Contractor verses Employee has gravitated into a multi-faceted class action lawsuit. The Transportation Industry owes a lot to the "Independent Contractor" which is more commonly known as the "Owner Operator". In fact, the IRS states that 8% of the United States workforce consists of approximately 10 million IC's. This service that is provided by the Independent Contractor is paramount to the success of small business which is the Biggest United States Employer and Largest Job Creator. I have written a series of blogs regarding Owner Operator Financial Risk Management if interested can be found at http://www.oracleconsultinggroup.com/financial-risk-management-solutions-blog/

FDX Upgrade I'm not sure if I believe $97, but I think low $90's are definately in the future. They are still undervalued in the $70's and mid $80's
