$10 is under esstimation !! Would like to emphsize that the holders can easily get more than $1B for FDA approved company, while $1B represent $13 of 76MM outstanding stocks. Profesionals can tell that the holder will not give up the company for much more...

atripla stop letting people die because a patent stops affordable drugs. healthcare is a right not a privilege as it is in Amerika.

Despite Lehman failure... Hats off to the Wall Street gurus who pulled off deals despite the carnage for example Teva's successful takeover of Barr was represented by Lehman until the venerable finance house went belly up. Nevertheless the deal close on time.
