Triumph Bancorp Announces Pricing of Initial Public Offering
November 7, 2014 12:05 AM ESTDALLAS, Nov. 7, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Triumph Bancorp, Inc. ("Triumph") announced today the pricing of its initial public offering of 6,700,000 shares of common stock at a price of $12 per share. The underwriters have a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,005,000 shares at the public offering price less the underwriting discount. Triumph's common stock is expected to begin trading on the NASDAQ Global Select Market on November 7, 2014, under the symbol "TBK".
