Upland Software Announces Pricing of Initial Public Offering
AUSTIN, Texas, Nov. 5, 2014 /PRNewswire/ --Â Upland Software, Inc., a leader in cloud-based Enterprise Work Management applications, today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 3,846,154 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $12.00 per share. In connection with this offering, Upland has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 576,923 shares of common stock at the price to the public. All of the common stock in the initial public offering is being offered by Upland. The shares are expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq Global Market on November 6, 2014 under the ticker symbol "UPLD." The offering is expected to close on November 12, 2014.
