Arc Logistics Partners LP Announces Quarterly Distribution, Third Quarter 2014 Earnings Release and Conference Call Schedule
October 31, 2014 9:28 AM EDTNEW YORK, NY, Oct. 31, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Arc Logistics Partners LP ("Arc Logistics" or the "Partnership"), a Delaware limited partnership (NYSE: ARCX), announced today that the board of directors of its general partner has declared a cash distribution of $0.41 per unit ($1.64 per unit on an annualized basis) for the period from July 1, 2014 through September 30, 2014.  The third quarter 2014 distribution represents a 2.5% increase over the second quarter 2014 cash distribution of $0.40 per unit ($1.60 per unit on an annualized basis). The distribution is payable on November 17, 2014 to unitholders of record on November 10, 2014.
