Boston Properties (BXP) Tops Q3 EPS by 9c; Issues Light Q4, FY15 FFO Guidance
October 29, 2014 6:49 AM EDTBoston Properties (NYSE: BXP) reported Q3 FFO of $1.46, $0.09 better than the analyst estimate of $1.37. Revenue for the quarter came in at $618.8 million versus the consensus estimate of $584 million.
Boston Properties sees FY2014 FFO of $5.24-$5.26, versus the consensus of $5.25.
