Oil States Announces Second Quarter 2014 Earnings of $0.88 per Share Before Spin-Off Related Charges
July 31, 2014 7:40 PM EDTHOUSTON, July 31, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Oil States International, Inc. (NYSE: OIS) reported net income from continuing operations for the quarter ended June 30, 2014 of $47.6 million, or $0.88 per diluted share after-tax, before spin-off related charges totaling $110 million, or $1.33 per diluted share after-tax, associated with the spin-off of the Company's accommodations business, now named Civeo Corporation, on May 30, 2014.
