Gorman-Rupp (GRC) Declares $0.09 Quarterly Dividend; 1.1% Yield
July 25, 2014 9:09 AM EDTGorman-Rupp (NYSE: GRC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.09 per share, or $0.36 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on September 10, 2014, to stockholders of record on August 15, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of August 13, 2014.
The annual yield on the dividend is 1.1 percent.
