Hershey Foods (HSY) Declares $0.535 Quarterly Dividend; 2.3% Yield

Hershey Foods (NYSE: HSY) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.535 per share, or $2.14 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on September 15, 2014, to stockholders of record on August 25, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of August 21, 2014.
