BofA/Merrill Lynch downgraded Juniper Networks (NYSE: JNPR) from Buy to Neutral with a price target of $28.00 (from $34.00) following weak guidance on a delays in carrier projects.

Juniper Networks, Inc. (NYSE: JNPR) reported Q2 EPS of $0.40, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.38. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.23 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.22 billion.
