Oil States Announces First Quarter 2014 Earnings
May 1, 2014 5:03 PM EDTHOUSTON, May 1, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Oil States International, Inc. (NYSE: OIS) reported net income from continuing operations for the quarter ended March 31, 2014 of $71.3 million, or $1.32 per diluted share, which included $1.4 million, or $0.02 per diluted share after-tax, from transaction costs incurred in conjunction with the planned spin-off of the accommodations segment.
