Microsoft (MSFT) Expands Windows Phone Hardware Partnerships

(Nasdaq: MSFT) announced nine new hardware partners for Windows Phone and direct access to tools that will broaden the portfolio of devices for consumers and introduce new price points to accelerate growth in key markets.
