eBay, Inc. (EBAY) Tops Q4 EPS by 1c; Icahn Nominates Two to Board, Proposes PayPal Spin

eBay, Inc. (Nasdaq: EBAY) reported Q4 EPS of $0.81, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.80. Revenue for the quarter came in at $4.5 billion versus the consensus estimate of $4.56 billion.
The company approved a $5 billion buyback plan.
PayPal delivered a strong fourth quarter performance with accelerating momentum in its merchant services business. Revenue increased 19% in both the quarter and the full year, resulting in $6.6 billion in 2013.
