January 15, 2014 6:26 AM ESTToday, Altran and Alcatel-Lucent (NYSE: ALU) announced that they have formed an industrial partnership project to create an expertise and telecoms services centre in the area of Nantes. As part of the project, approximately 170 engineers specialised in 4G technology at Alcatel-Lucents Orvault site located in the West of France would be integrated into Altrans telecoms and media teams.
