December 3, 2013 6:54 AM ESTJefferies analyst Elaine Kwei noted that after the close Tesla Motors (NASDAQ: TSLA) disclosed that the German Federal Motor Transport Authority came to a favorable conclusion in its investigation of the recent crash-related Model S fires showing no manufacturer defects were found.
