Trian's Peltz Thinks Pepsi Should Spin Bev Business; Bought-In During Q412
July 17, 2013 3:21 PM EDTTrian's Nelson Peltz recommends that PepsiCo (NYSE: PEP) spin off the beverage unit.
That would be a victory for shareholders, Peltz noted.
He also said Trian bought Pepsi stock in Q4 2012.
Earlier, he recommended that Mondelez (Nasdaq: MDLZ) and Pepsi should merge, sending both higher.... More
