Nu Skin Enterprises Inc. (NUS) Tops Q1 EPS by 10c; Boosts FY13 Outlook
May 2, 2013 8:11 AM EDTNu Skin Enterprises Inc. (NYSE: NUS) reported Q1 EPS of $0.90, $0.10 better than the analyst estimate of $0.80. Revenue for the quarter came in at $550.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $506.52 million.
Regional Highlights:North Asia. First-quarter revenue in North Asia was $188.2 million, compared to $182.2 million for the same period in 2012. The region's results were negatively impacted 8 percent by foreign currency fluctuations. Japan local-currency revenue improved 13 percent while South Korea generated local-currency revenue growth of 9 percent.... More
