NYSE Suspends Trading of Overseas Shipholding (OSG), Plans to Delist
November 14, 2012 2:27 PM ESTThe New York Stock Exchange announced today that the staff of NYSE Regulation, Inc. has determined to commence proceedings to delist the common stock of Overseas Shipholding Group, Inc. (NYSE: OSG) from the NYSE. Trading in the Company's common stock will be suspended immediately.
