NYSE Suspends Trading of Overseas Shipholding (OSG), Plans to Delist

The New York Stock Exchange announced today that the staff of NYSE Regulation, Inc. has determined to commence proceedings to delist the common stock of Overseas Shipholding Group, Inc. (NYSE: OSG) from the NYSE. Trading in the Company's common stock will be suspended immediately.
