Qualcomm (QCOM) Setting Itself Apart, Maintains Top Rating - Goldman Sachs

Goldman Sachs boosted its price target on Conviction Buy List-rated Qualcomm (NASDAQ: QCOM) from $71 to $74 following its 'beat-and-raise' quarter.
