Integra Announces Completion of Refinancing Transactions

PRINCETON, N.J., Oct. 19, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Integra LifeSciences Holdings Corporation (NASDAQ: IART) today announced that it has closed a private offering of $450.0 million aggregate principal amount of 9.500% senior secured notes due 2033 (the Notes).
