CMC Announces Quarterly Dividend of $0.20 Per Share

IRVING, Texas, Oct. 13, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Today, October 13, 2026, the board of directors of CMC (NYSE: CMC) declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.20 per share of CMC common stock. CMC's 248th consecutive quarterly dividend will be paid on November 11, 2026, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on October 28, 2026.
