MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Xcel Energy (NASDAQ: XEL), SEMCO ENERGY Gas Company (SEMCO) and Upper Peninsula Power Company (UPPCO) today announced the sale of Xcel Energys Michigan natural gas operations to SEMCO and electric operations to UPPCO.
