Tesla secures $30 billion in new credit facilities
September 29, 2026 4:40 PM EDTTesla, Inc. (NASDAQ: TSLA) entered into three new senior unsecured credit agreements on September 29, 2026, totaling $30 billion in available financing, according to a company statement.
The agreements include a $20 billion three-year delayed draw term loan facility with Citibank, N.A. as administrative agent, an $8 billion five-year revolving credit facility, and a $2 billion 364-day revolving credit facility, with Wells Fargo Bank serving as administrative agent for both...
