BMO Capital Reiterates Outperform Rating on Netflix (NFLX)
September 22, 2026 5:15 AM EDTBMO Capital analyst Brian Pitz reiterated an Outperform rating and $135.00 price target on Netflix (NASDAQ: NFLX).
The analyst comments "Our Proprietary BMO Streaming Survey of 940 U.S. consumers underscored a robust environment for video streamers, with NFLX best positioned to benefit from the ongoing shift from linear to CTV. While investors have become overly negative on NFLX amid decelerating UCAN growth, we expect a scaling advertising business to eventually drive UCAN revenue acceleration and help shares re-rate. We find shares attractive at 16.1x FY27E Adj EBITDA, representing a 31% discount to the five-year average.... More
