Reliance Global Group Adopts One-Year Stockholder Rights Plan to Protect Stockholder Value
September 3, 2026 4:05 PM EDTLAKEWOOD, NJ, Sept. 03, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Reliance Global Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: EZRA) (the Company) today announced that its Board of Directors has unanimously adopted a one-year stockholder rights plan. Stockholders do not need to take any action.
Why the Board Adopted the Plan
The Board believes the value of the Companys assets is well in excess of its current market capitalization, and adopted the rights plan to protect that value for all stockholders. The plan is designed to do three things:
